Arranon (Nelarabine) Injection is a purine nucleoside analogue that is metabolized to ara-GTP, which incorporates into DNA and causes inhibition of DNA synthesis and apoptosis.
It is specifically indicated for T-cell lymphoblastic leukemia (T-ALL) and T-cell lymphoblastic lymphoma (T-LBL).

• Treatment of patients with T-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (T-ALL) who have relapsed or are refractory after at least 2 chemotherapy regimens.

• Indicated for both adult and pediatric patients (1 year old).

5. Dosage & Administration

• Adults (21 years): 1500 mg/m IV over 2 hours on days 1, 3, and 5 of a 21-day cycle.

• Pediatric patients (120 years): 650 mg/m IV over 1 hour daily for 5 consecutive days every 21 days.

• Repeat cycles depend on response and tolerability.
  (Must be administered under the supervision of an oncologist experienced in chemotherapy.)
