Arimidex 1mg Tablet contains Anastrozole, a non-steroidal aromatase inhibitor. It works by lowering estrogen levels in the body, which slows the growth of hormone receptor-positive breast cancers.

It is widely used as adjuvant therapy in postmenopausal women with hormone receptorpositive breast cancer, either early-stage or metastatic disease.
