Pamorelin LA 11.25mg Injection is a longacting formulation of triptorelin, a gonadotropin-releasing hormone (GnRH) analogue. It works by downregulating pituitary gonadotropin secretion after an initial hormonal flare, resulting in decreased sex hormone production (testosterone and estrogen). It is used to manage prostate cancer, endometriosis, uterine fibroids, and central precocious puberty under medical supervision.

• Avoid driving or machinery operation if experiencing dizziness or visual impairment

• Avoid alcohol consumption during therapy due to unclear effects and potential added dizziness

• Has interactions with QT-prolonging medications (e.g., moxifloxacin, sotalol, amiodarone, methadone) and requires careful monitoring
