Abraxane 100 mg Injection (Biocon) contains Paclitaxel bound to albumin nanoparticles.
This novel formulation avoids the use of solvent carriers (e.g., Cremophor EL), significantly reducing hypersensitivity reactions compared to conventional paclitaxel.
