Bleocip Injection contains Bleomycin, a cytotoxic glycopeptide antibiotic with strong antitumor activity.
It works by binding to DNA and inducing single and double-strand breaks via free radical formation, ultimately inhibiting DNA synthesis and causing cell death.

It is mainly prescribed for Hodgkins and Non-Hodgkins lymphoma, testicular cancer, cervical cancer, head & neck cancers, and for management of malignant pleural effusion.

• Pulmonary Toxicity (Interstitial Pneumonitis, Pulmonary Fibrosis dose-limiting & potentially fatal)
