Spegra Tablet is a fixed-dose combination antiretroviral therapy (ART) that contains Dolutegravir, Tenofovir alafenamide (TAF), and Emtricitabine. Tenofovir alafenamide and Emtricitabine are nucleoside reverse transcriptase inhibitors (NRTIs) that block reverse transcriptase, preventing viral replication.
