Rybrevant is a human bispecific monoclonal antibody that targets EGFR (Epidermal Growth Factor Receptor) and MET receptor.

By simultaneously binding EGFR and MET, it blocks ligand-induced signaling and induces antibody-dependent cellular cytotoxicity (ADCC), leading to tumor cell death.

It is primarily indicated for adult patients with locally advanced or metastatic non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) harboring EGFR exon 20 insertion mutations who have progressed on or after platinum-based chemotherapy.
