    • 15<30kg: 20mg every other week

    • 30kg: 40mg every other week

  • Psoriasis: 80mg Day1 (2 PFS), then 40mg weekly from Day8 onwards

  • Hidradenitis Suppurativa: High initial loading doses followed by 40mg weekly maintenance
