Omnacortil-10 Tablet contains Prednisolone, a synthetic corticosteroid (glucocorticoid).
It works by suppressing inflammation and immune responses, making it useful in a wide range of autoimmune, allergic, and inflammatory conditions.

Prednisolone is often prescribed for rheumatologic diseases, asthma, severe allergies, inflammatory bowel disease, nephrotic syndrome, and some cancers.
