Febustat 40 Tablet contains Febuxostat, a xanthine oxidase inhibitor that reduces uric acid production in the body. It is used to treat chronic hyperuricemia and gout, helping prevent recurrent attacks, joint pain, swelling, and kidney stone formation. Unlike allopurinol, febuxostat can be used in some patients with mild to moderate kidney impairment.
