Hepcvir 400 mg Tablet contains Sofosbuvir, a direct-acting antiviral agent (DAA) used in the management of chronic Hepatitis C virus (HCV) infection.
It acts as a nucleotide analog inhibitor of the HCV NS5B RNA-dependent RNA polymerase, essential for viral replication.

Hepcvir is not used alone; it is combined with other DAAs like Ledipasvir, Daclatasvir, Velpatasvir, or Ribavirin, depending on the HCV genotype and patient profile.

• Chronic Hepatitis C infection (HCV) in adults
