It is primarily used in the treatment of:

• Multiple Myeloma: A cancer of plasma cells in the bone marrow.

• Mantle Cell Lymphoma: A type of non-Hodgkins lymphoma affecting the lymph nodes in adults who have undergone at least one previous therapy.
