Apretero 125/80 Kit contains Aprepitant, a selective neurokinin-1 (NK1) receptor antagonist. It is used in combination with other antiemetics (such as ondansetron and dexamethasone) to prevent nausea and vomiting associated with highly or moderately emetogenic chemotherapy.

The 3-day regimen allows effective control of both acute and delayed chemotherapy-induced nausea and vomiting (CINV).
