Hepcinat (Sofosbuvir 400 mg) is an antiviral medicine used in the treatment of chronic Hepatitis C virus (HCV) infection. Sofosbuvir is a nucleotide analog NS5B polymerase inhibitor, which blocks viral RNA replication.
It is not used alonealways prescribed in combination with other antivirals such as Ledipasvir, Velpatasvir, or Daclatasvir depending on the HCV genotype and patient profile.
