Geftinat 250mg Tablet contains Gefitinib, an epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) tyrosine kinase inhibitor.
It works by blocking abnormal signaling pathways in cancer cells that promote tumor growth and spread.
It is primarily indicated for the treatment of non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), especially in patients who test positive for EGFR mutation.

Common:

• Severe liver toxicity

• Eye inflammation (keratitis)

• Gastrointestinal perforation (rare)
